Temporary Food Establishments at Special Events which are permitted by the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health will be inspected by Environmental Health Specialists. Temporary permit applications are required to be approved by the Environmental Health Section and the appropriate fees must be paid before inspections can be performed.
In order to be prepared for inspection please use the inspection checklist under "Forms" to ensure that your booth is set up correctly and ready for inspection. The self inspection sheet is not intended to fully inform you of every provision of the Nevada Administrative Code 446, Food and Drink Establishment Regulations. Knowing those is YOUR responsibility. Complete the list and make corrections as necessary. Keep the sheet to review with your inspector when they come to look at your booth. Please be sure to be in full compliance with all the questions on the sheet before your first inspection.
