The Division of Public and Behavioral Health (DPBH) Bureau of Health Care Quality and Compliance (HCQC) certifies programs for the treatment of persons who solicit prostitution and approves program facilitators that work in these programs.

Regulations
Nevada regulations governing Certification of Programs for the Treatment of Persons who Solicit Prostitution were approved in 2022 and are pending codification in Nevada Administrative Code (NAC). Until then, the regulations can be found at the link below.
Apply for a certification for a program
All applications for certification of a Program for the Treatment of Persons who Solicit Prostitution must be completed online by going to the DPBH Online Licensing System at myhealthfacilitylicense.nv.gov. Click on “To apply for a new Health Facility or Change of Ownership” in the left column under "New Applicants Apply Here" to get started.
Renewal certification and notifications: Currently, certified Programs for the Treatment of Persons who Solicit Prostitution must log in to the system using the "User Login" section to renew certificates and update contact information. Notifications (including renewal notifications) are sent electronically so it is imperative that programs submit and maintain a current email address in their account.
Apply for approval as a program facilitator
All applicants to become a program facilitator must be completed online by going to the DPBH Online Licensing System at myhealthfacilitylicense.nv.gov. Click on “To apply for Medlab Personnel, Director, and Supervisor and Providers of DV Treatment” in the left column under "New Applicants Apply Here" to get started.

Notifications (including renewal notifications) are sent electronically so it is imperative that program facilitators maintain a current email address in their online account with HCQC.
