The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Clinician Recognition Directory. Users may fill in fields and do a real-time search of clinic sites that are recognized. All current Nevada PCMHs are recognized by NCQA.
URAC (originally Utilization Review Accreditation Commission) accredits many types of health care organizations depending on the specific functions they carry out and has a portfolio of programs that spans the health care industry. URAC accreditations, certifications and designations address health care management, health care operations, health plans, pharmacy quality management, and providers. URAC PCMH does not maintain a searchable list on its website.
