This evidence based program is sometimes called the hospital without walls.  The program includes a multidisciplinary team and delivers comprehensive, intensive, and integrated care for individuals with serious and persistent mental health disorders.  This program is designed to allow individuals who are seriously impacted by their mental health disorder a path to living a meaningful life integrated in the community.
