2017 HIV Testing Program Request for Proposal (RFP)

    The Office of HIV/AIDS and Substance Abuse Prevention & Treatment Agency (SAPTA) announces the release of the 2017 HIV Testing Program Request for Proposal (RFP). Attached is the RFP guide and budget template. The project funding period is from October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018.

      The purpose of this RFP is to assist SAPTA state-certified residential and/or transitional treatment facilities in offering rapid HIV testing at treatment locations. Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) and Health Districts are not eligible to apply for this funding, unless they are a SAPTA state-certified residential and/or transitional treatment facility.

      Bidder's Conference Call

      On Friday, June 23rd, the Nevada Office of HIV/AIDS hosted a Bidder’s Conference Call to give interested and eligible agencies the chance to ask questions regarding the SAPTA HIV Testing Program.       As a reminder, interested agencies are required to submit a Letter of Intent to ptang@health.nv.gov by Friday, June 30, 2017 at 5:00 PM.

      Application Deadline

      The deadline for the SAPTA HIV Testing Program submission of applications is Friday, July 28th, 2017 at 5:00PM
