How do I enroll?

There are three ways to enroll into the WHC Program:

  • Make an appointment with a Federally Qualified Health Center (Community Health Alliance, Nevada Health Centers, Northern Nevada HOPES), Community Health Nurse, County Health Department (Carson City, Douglas County, Washoe County) or Guadalupe Medical Center (Las Vegas)
  • Call the Access to Healthcare Network Call Center (Reno) 1-877-385-2345
  • Make an appointment with the Access to Healthcare Network

The Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health, Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion Section partners with the Access to Healthcare Network (AHN) to administer the Women’s Health Connection Program (WHC) Program.
