Proposed Changes to Nevada Administrative Code Chapter 459

These regulation changes proposed to the Nevada Administrative Code NAC Chapter 459 are being amended due to oversight in fully incorporating the necessary changes from AB471 of the 2021 legislative session into NAC 459. These regulation changes should be in line with LCB File No. R010-22, which was previously approved.
