Substance Use Prevention, Treatment and Recovery Services (SUPTRS) funds programs that prevent the use of illicit substances and help guide Nevadans across the state on their journey to recovery. Formerly known as the Substance Abuse and Prevention Treatment Agency, also known as SAPTA, the SUPTRS program uses new strategies and ideas to pursue the same goals of helping Nevadans to live only their very best lives.
